In the specialized field of Pianocraft, having mentorship from seasoned experts is essential for developing the skills needed to become a high level piano technician. Adonai Avalos and Victor Moreno, the founders of Afina, have both benefited from extensive mentorship with the esteemed technicians such as Michael White (TX), David Hayes (OR), and Jacob Putnam (UT). They also hold certifications from the Piano Technician Academy and were part of the first class of graduates of The Artisan School (OR).
